The Foundation Hosted Two Living Trust Seminars
The CHW Foundation - East Valley, in conjunction with Northern Trust Bank and Ryley, Carlock & Applewhite, hosted two FREE workshops on Living Trusts in September. Additional workshops will be offered later in the year. Keep checking the Website for new offerings.
Did you know that...
- A trust is a written legal document that substitutes for a will as your primary estate planning vehicle.
- Six out of every ten people die without a will or trust.
- Young children can be placed in a predicament if their parents do not have a will or trust.
Even if you already have your estate in order, this workshop may be beneficial. As laws change and become more complicated, being "in the know" when it comes to your will or trust is vitally important. Your will or trust is more than an outline of your final wishes. It is an essential tool that you can use to leave a lasting impact on the people and causes you love. In short, it serves as both a legal document and a way for your to leave a legacy.
Our workships are free and participants are provided with a complimentary will preparation workbook.
