The Foundation's giving programs provide variety to accommodate the diverse interests of our donors, and the staff at CHW Foundation - East Valley is available to assist you with information on ways you can contribute that may have specific economic or tax benefits to you:

Annual Giving – Donors make an annual, renewable commitment to the CHW Foundation – East Valley through a variety of membership programs.

Major Giving – Large-scale philanthropic investments, often pledged over the course of several years, contribute to the development and long-term sustainability of programs and capital projects.

Planned Giving – For donors who desire that their legacy be affiliated in a lasting way with charitable healthcare, planned gifts include donations made via wills, estate plans, trusts, and other assets. The CHW Foundation – East Valley’s Living Legacies program offers a special recognition opportunity to families that have made a planned or legacy gift.

Grants – Public sector entities, and private and corporate foundations direct support to capacity building, program underwriting, and other initiatives where CHW’s mission is aligned with their own.

Special Events – Hosted fundraisers, including galas and golf tournaments, attract hundreds of individuals who gather to support a CHW East Valley hospital while interacting with their community and business colleagues.

Campaigns – These efforts, often affiliated with capital projects and managed over a set timeframe, are intended to enlist significant commitments from the community to bring a major project to fruition.

Endowments – When a donor opts to endow a program, this substantial, one-time investment yields ongoing financial support via interest income, to ensure the sustainability of that program.
CHW Foundation - East Valley is a not-for-profit organization, as provided under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to CHW Foundation - East Valley are tax deductible in accordance with state and federal law.
