Living Legacies provides families that have chosen to make a planned gift to the CHW Foundation – East Valley with a unique way to acknowledge and memorialize the loved one whose legacy is affiliated with the gift.  The cornerstone of the Living Legacies recognition program is the Family Showcase, an area on our website dedicated to honoring the memories of family members who have passed on.
