CHW Foundation - East Valley

Our Mission:  To support CHW healthcare facilities and programs in the Southeast Valley through philanthropy. 

Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, and the community outreach programs, managed by CHW in the East Valley, are committed to furthering healing by:
     -  Delivering compassionate, high-quality, affordable health services,
     -  Serving and advocating for the poor and disenfranchised, and
     -  Partnering with others in the community to improve quality of life.

CHW Foundation - East Valley is a not-for-profit organization, as provided under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Contributions to CHW Foundation - East Valley are tax deductible in accordance with state and federal law.
